يهدفت الدراسة الى أيجاد درجات معيارية لقياس دقة وسرعة الارسال من الأعلى وعلاقتها ببعض المؤشرات البايوكينماتيكية لحظة ضرب الكرة، اما مشكلة البحث، وبعد إطلاع الباحثتان على الكثير من البحوث وكذلك المراجع العلمية والمقابلات الشخصية مع ذوي الاختصاص والمدربين ، لوحظت  قلة الاختبارات التي تتلاءم  والتطور الحاصل في اداء مهارات الكرة الطائرة ومنها  مهارة الارسال من الاعلى  والذي  تلعب واضح في حسم نتيجة المبا

ان التحول في الحياة الاقتصادية الناتج عن التقدم التكنولوجي وتقنية المعلومات في مجالات الفضاء والتقدم في الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية والالكترونيات الدقيقة مكنت الشركات من ارسال كميات هائلة من البيانات بتكاليف منخفضة.

وان انتشار الشركات متعددة الجنسبة والتي سعت لتحقيق السيطرة على اقتصاديات العالم من خلال فروعها المنتشرة فتحتاج الى نظم للانتاج والتكاليف ونظم للمعلومات الادارية والمحاس

Since the railway transport sector is very important in many countries of the world, we have tried through this research to study the production function of this sector and to indicate the level of productivity under which it operates.
