The research aims at demonstrating the role of the formulation of the green strategy in adopting the areas of the green strategy at the level of jobs in the municipal institutions in the province of Babylon, specifically the Directorate of the municipality of Hilla. The most important areas related to the green strategy were highlighted directly or indirectly, after the indicators of environmental damage emerged from the actions of companies and institutions. The research included a sample size of 222 individual of municipal institutions with different job titles and specializations between the technical and administrative and different levels of academic achievement within the institutions within the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Municipalities, Ministry of Planning as well as the provincial council of Babylon, which is related to the work of municipal institutions. Through the research tool, the questionnaire distributed to the research sample was homogeneous and harmonious and had high answers. The research concludes with important recommendations for the adoption of the Foundation as a green strategy, which included the focus on the formulation of green strategies and follow-up and the importance of the participation of the administration as well as the need to pay attention to the planning of green infrastructure and make it a strategic priority.
The region is defined by the spatial dimension, which consists of a set of stabilizers (towns and villages). The concept of the territory requires conditions on the nature of functional relations and the mutual influence of the regions within the region. Any territory must be based on the interdependence and interaction between the mother city and its surrounding countryside and cities, and when the interdependence is strong and the interaction is clear, it helps to define the territory. The regions are divided on different bases. There are geographically or national homogeneous regions, and there are cultural regions that want to preserve their culture in terms of language or religion. There are administrative regions to manage

This study aimed to fabricate a curcumin@platinum nanohybrid (CUR@Pt NPs) through a green tea–based synthesis method and to evaluate its various functions, including antioxidant, burn-healing, and selective anticancer activities against PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cells. Green tea polyphenols served as natural reducing and stabilizing agents, facilitating an eco-friendly, single-step manufacturing process. Physicochemical characterization confirmed successful nanohybrid formation: a CUR@Pt band appeared at 457 nm in the UV–Vis spectrum, XRD displayed crystalline platinum peaks at 2θ = 46.9°, and 67.0°, matching the (200), and (220) planes, respectively, and TEM images showed well-dispersed spherical nanoparticles with an average siz

optical fiber (SMOF) of 10 m length, core radius of 5 μm and optical refractive index difference
0.003. The bending radii (R) were between 0.08 and 0.0015 m. A great decrease in the amplitude is
shown for radii below 0.01 m. Sudden break down occurs for radii less than 0.0015 m. Birefringence
(B) is difficult to measure for long fibers. Meanwhile, B was found by comparing with calibrated
fiber of the same properties but of length of 0.075 m. The results show an increase in propagation
constant (Δβ) and the decrease in beat length (Lb), and show that bending decreases the critical radius
of curvature (Rc) related to B. The chang

The research population consisted of (13) firms during the period (2015-2020). Data were collected from the annual financial statements of the firms. The research relies on the Pooled effects model to analyze the cross-section data (Panel Data), and the multiple regression method to test the hypotheses. The research finds a positive significant impact of (the ratios of cash flows from operating activities to sales, the return on assets from operating cash flows, and cash flows from operating activities to total current liabilities) in the change
