The study aims to identify the impact of the round-robin strategy on the logical thinking of fourth-year middle school students in chemistry. Two groups were employed:  an experimental group consisted of (30) students who were taught according to the round-robin strategy, and the control group consisted of (30) students who were taught according to the traditional method. The aim of the study was to find out the correlations and impact between the variable of ethical leadership behavior and university performance at Sumer University. The researchers used the experimental method on (25) students as experimental group and (27) students as controlling group and (15) students as pilot study group.
