A questionnaire was used as information and data collecting tool, with also the use of statistical programs for testing the hypothesis and to get results (SPSS, AMOS, EXCEL) as well as the utilizing of descriptive statistical methods (Percentages, arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, Coefficient of Variation, Simple Linear Regression, Determination Coefficient (2R), Path Analysis, Relative Importance, and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient). The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the high level of the cognitive complexity variable within the company being investigated. There was weakness and decline in organizational agility. It was found that individual differences in understanding, understanding and manipulating difficult concepts, which have a significant role in influencing organizational agility, sensing opportunities and changes, The ability required at the organizational level to deal with them intelligently and respond effectively to them, and concluded the research with a set of recommendations for the company to contribute to the development of performance and the achievement of organizational goals.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Urinary Tract Stones: A Body Mass Index-Adjusted Analysis in Iraqi Women
...Show More Authors

Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) has an unknown and complex etiology. It affects 5–10% of women in the reproductive age. Patients are known to have increased ovarian androgen production that is associated with decreased menses, hirsutism, and acne. Urinary tract stones (UTS) are a multifactorial disorder, with age and sex being known risk factors. Many PCOS patients are obese, and links between nephrolithiasis and obesity have been shown previously. Objectives: To identify the relation between PCOS and UTS considering the patients' body mass index (BMI). Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that enrolled 407 women aged 18-40 who attended the gynecology and obstetrics clinic at Al-Elwiya Maternity Teaching Hospital.

Water Flow Visualization And Velocity Measurement Using Hydrogen Bubble Generation Technique In Low Speed Open Channel
...Show More Authors

Visualization of water flow around different bluff bodies at different Reynolds number ranging (1505 - 2492) was realized by designing and building a test rig which contains an open channel capable to ensure water velocity range (4-8cm/s) in this channel. Hydrogen bubbles generated from the ionized water using DC power supply are visualized by a light source and photographed by a digital camera. Flow pattern around a circular disk of (3.6cm) diameter and (3mm) thickness, a sphere of (3.8cm) diameter and a cylinder of
(3.2cm) diameter and (10cm) length are studied qualitatively. Parameters of the vortex ring generated in the wake region of the disk and the separation angle of water stream lines from the surface of the sphere are plott

Dental caries and treatment needs in relation to nutritional status among children with congenital heart disease
...Show More Authors

Background: Congenital heart disease is one of the most common developmental anomalies in children. These patients commonly have poor oral health that increase caries risk. Dental management of children with congenital heart disease requires special attention, because of their heightened susceptibility to infectious endocarditis. The aims of this study were to assess the severity of dental caries of primary and permanent teeth and treatment needs in relation to nutritional indicator (Body Mass Index) among children with congenital heart disease. Materials and Methods: In this case-control study, case group consisted of 399 patients aged between 6-12 years old with congenital heart disease were examined for dental status in Ibn Al-Bitar spec

Dietary caffeine intake is associated with favorable metabolic profile among apparently healthy overweight and obese individuals
...Show More Authors
Abstract
<title>Background

Recent studies have revealed some conflicting results about the health effects of caffeine. These studies are inconsistent in terms of design and population and source of consumed caffeine. In the current study, we aimed to evaluate the possible health effects of dietary caffeine intake among overweight and obese individuals.

Methods

In this cross-sectional study, 488 apparently healthy individuals with overweight and obesity were participated. Dietary intake was assessed by a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) and

Relationship between Blood Lead Levels and Hematological Parameters in Children from Al-Fallujah City in Iraq
...Show More Authors

Environmental exposures to lead remain a serious problem in the developing and industrializing countries. Children are the highest risk aged-group for lead poisoning. This study was designed to assess lead exposure in Al-Fallujah city by analyzing blood lead levels in children and adults and to explain the relationship between blood lead levels, hematological parameters and ferritin levels in the children. The study was performed on-(90) subjects, (65children and 25 adults).Venous blood samples were taken for estimation of hematological parameters, serum ferritin levels and blood lead levels. The children group was subdivided into four groups as: group (A) (low ferritin, low Hb), group (B) (low ferritin, normal Hb), group (C) (normal fer
