Intermediate Role Of information Technology In The Relationship To The Entrepreneurial Orientation and Success Factors Of The Project (Analytical exploratory research in Al – Zawraa General Company)
...Show More Authors

The purpose of the current research is to identify the reality and applicability of the entrepreneurial approach in its dimensions (creative, proactive, independent, risk tolerant, offensive) and its impact on the success factors of the project (organizational commitment, communication, project team, project monitoring) Access to information, treatment, storage), which is a significant and important link in the success and development of industrial projects with the possibility of studying and analyzing the provision of the appropriate environment for this.

the research started from a problem expressed by a number of intellectual and practical questions aimed at answering them as well as To answer a number of questions and the most important - What is the reality of the pioneering dimensions of orientation in the company surveyed? , What are the most important factors in the success of the project in the company investigated? .

The objective of the research at the possibility of advancing the status of information technology in the company investigated, and make suggestions and recommendations to develop the role of the leading trend in achieving the success factors of the project.

The research included (7) main hypotheses, which were at the total level and at the sub-dimensions level, which show the correlation and influence between the search variables and to achieve the hypothesis tests applied to the research sample (the solar cell project in Al-Zorra General Company) adopted the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data and information through (125) members out of (195).

A well as conducting interviews with some of the respondents in question, where he met (15) managers distributed on the sections of Wa For the people and administrative units in the project. The data were analyzed using SPSS and a number of statistical methods were used to process the data including: arithmetic mean, percentage, standard deviation, variance coefficient, path analysis method, And the use of correlation coefficient (Pearson) to test the validity of correlation hypotheses and the use of simple linear regression coefficient to study the effect between the basic variables.

The researcher also reached a set of results that important project by information technology and the changes that are made to the dimensions of leadership orientation followed by this change in other variables.

Selective Laser Hardening of Aluminium AA6061-O Alloy with Nanosecond Laser Pulses
...Show More Authors

Conventional hardening, sometimes, is not economically viable due to consuming additional costs and energy. This makes applying selective hardening on specific regions an attractive alternative for members subjected to local friction and wear. This work is devoted for applying cold working hardening on discrete values on regions of aluminum 6061-O alloy using nanosecond fiber laser of 100 W average power and pulse duration of 81 ns. An exaggerated plasma pressure resulted from ablation a thin coat layer on the metal surface was built in order to cause cold plastic deformation and increase the surface hardness of the alloy. The power density (Pd) and pulse overlap percentage (OV) were employed as working parameters. Due to the sensit

Finite Element Modeling of a Reinforced Concrete Column Strengthened with Steel Jacket
...Show More Authors

The reinforced concrete column is designed to have a nominal axial resistance. Under different conditions like errors in design, and changing the use of the building from residential to public or storage (extra live loads), the reinforced concrete column will not be able to sustain the desired applied load, and the strengthening is required. This paper presents a finite element model to simulate and investigate the behavior of adding steel jacket to a preloaded and non-damaged reinforced concrete column. Depending on the loading state of the non-strengthened reinforced concrete column and the purpose of adding the steel jacket, two possible cases have been studied. In the first case, which is suitable to investigate the reinforced c

Pretreated Fishbone as Low Cost-Adsorbent for Cationic Dye Adsorption from Aqueous Solutions: Equilibrium, Optimization, Kinetic and Thermodynamic Study
...Show More Authors

The present study investigated the use of pretreated fish bone (PTFB) as a new surface, natural waste and low-cost adsorbent for the adsorption of Methyl green (MG, as model toxic basic dye) from aqueous solutions. The functional groups and surface morphology of the untreated fish bone (FB) and pretreated fish bone were characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS),respectively. The effect of operating parameters including contact time, pH, adsorbent dose, temperature, and inorganic salt was evaluated. Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin adsorption isotherm models were studied and the results showed that the adsorption of basic dye followed Freundlich iso

Identification Pseudomonas aeruginosa by 16s rRNA gene for Differentiation from Other Pseudomonas Species that isolated from Patients and environment

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common and major opportunistic human pathogen, its causes many and dangersinfectious diseases due to death in some timesex: cystic fibrosis , wounds inflammation , burns inflammation , urinary tract infection , other many infections otitis external , Endocarditis , nosocomial infection and also causes other blood infections (Bacteremia). thereforebecomes founding fast and exact identification of P. aeruginosafrom samples culture very important. However, identification of this species may be problematic due to the marked phenotypic variabilitydemonstrated by samples isolates and the presence of other closely related species. To facilitate species identification, we used 16S ribosomal DNA(rRNA) sequence data

Integrated biomass algae @ cross-linked pyromellitic dianhydride chitosan biocomposite for methyl violet 2B adsorption: modelling and experiment design optimization
...Show More Authors

A new adsorbent was developed by integrating algae biomass (AG) into a chitosan (CN) matrix, followed by structural enhancement via crosslinking with pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) through a hydrothermal synthesis approach. This process resulted in the formation of a robust AG@CN-PMDA composite with improved physicochemical characteristics suitable for advanced adsorption applications. The AG@CN-PMDA composite was evaluated for its efficiency in removal of the cationic dye methyl violet 2B (MV 2B) from aqueous solution. The adsorption process was refined through the Box-Behnken design (RSM-BBD), evaluating three essential parameters: adsorbent dosage (A: 0.02–0.1 g/100 mL), pH (B: 4–10), and time (C: 5–20 min). The ideal conditions f

DYNAMIC MODELING FOR DISCRETE SURVIVAL DATA BY USING ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORKS AND ITERATIVELY WEIGHTED KALMAN FILTER SMOOTHING WITH COMPARISON
...Show More Authors

Survival analysis is widely applied in data describing for the life time of item until the occurrence of an event of interest such as death or another event of understudy . The purpose of this paper is to use the dynamic approach in the deep learning neural network method, where in this method a dynamic neural network that suits the nature of discrete survival data and time varying effect. This neural network is based on the Levenberg-Marquardt (L-M) algorithm in training, and the method is called Proposed Dynamic Artificial Neural Network (PDANN). Then a comparison was made with another method that depends entirely on the Bayes methodology is called Maximum A Posterior (MAP) method. This method was carried out using numerical algorithms re

BEYOND WORDS: HARNESSING SPEECH SOUND FOR SPEAKER AGE AND GENDER DETECTION USING 1D CNN ARCHITECTURE WITH SELF-ATTENTION MECHANISM
...Show More Authors

Beyond the immediate content of speech, the voice can provide rich information about a speaker's demographics, including age and gender. Estimating a speaker's age and gender offers a wide range of applications, spanning from voice forensic analysis to personalized advertising, healthcare monitoring, and human-computer interaction. However, pinpointing precise age remains intricate due to age ambiguity. Specifically, utterances from individuals at adjacent ages are frequently indistinguishable. Addressing this, we propose a novel, end-to-end approach that deploys Mozilla's Common Voice dataset to transform raw audio into high-quality feature representations using Wav2Vec2.0 embeddings. These are then channeled into our self-attentio
