silinmez kaybin, bugünkü eski sitil şiirin gerçek sembolu olup yaşadığı bir çağa
yakın süre içinde yüzlerce ve yüzlerce beyit şiir söylemiş.
Her çevrede Türk doğup Türk yaşamak bahtıyarliğiyle övünen ozanımızın ,
seçkin bir çok şiirleri vardır.
Böylece kitap, dergi ve gazetelerde yayımlanmış sayısız şiirleri yanında
basıma hazır kitaplık şiir ve yazılarıda vardı. Gazetelerde yayımlanan şiirlerini
memleket dertlerine , değerli mert kişilerine gönüllerde yaşıyan ölülerine , yurdu
ve yurttaşı için iyilik güden devlet ve memleket büyüklerine ayırdığını
görmekteyiz.<

The research discusses the need to find the innovative structures and methodologies for developing Human Capital (HC) in Iraqi Universities. One of the most important of these structures is Communities of Practice (CoPs) which contributes to develop HC by using learning, teaching and training through the conversion speed of knowledge and creativity into practice. This research has been used the comparative approach through employing the methodology of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) by using (Excel 2010 - Solver) as a field evidence to prove the role of CoPs in developing HC.      Bimetallic Au –Pt catalysts supporting TiO₂ were synthesised using two methods; sol immobilization and impregnation methods. The prepared catalyst underwent a thermal treatment process at 400^◦ C, while the reduction reaction under the same condition was done and the obtained catalysts were identified with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). It has been found that the prepared catalysts have a dimension around 2.5 nm and the particles have uniform orders leading to high dispersion of platinum molecules .The prepared catalysts have been examined as efficient photocatalysts to degrade the Crystal violet dye under UV-light. The current research deals with short term forecasting of demand on Blood material, and its' problem represented by increasing of forecast' errors in The National Center for Blood Transfusion because using inappropriate method of forecasting by Centers' management, represented with Naive Model. The importance of research represented by the great affect for forecasts accuracy on operational performance for health care organizations, and necessity of providing blood material with desired quantity and in suitable time. The literatures deal with subject of short term forecasting of demand with using the time series models in order to getting of accuracy results, because depending these models on data of last demand, that is being sta
