This research aims to know the role of transformational leadership in the organizational success of the College of Education at Samarra University. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method in analyzing the research problem. The research included two main hypotheses that resulted in four hypotheses that were subjected to statistical tests. A sample of (54) The researcher used the survey method as a main tool for collecting data and information as well as visits and structured interviews that took place during the period of application. The research reached a set of conclusions and recommendations among the conclusions that there is an art relationship There is a strong and moral impact between transformational leadership and organizational success at the macro and sub-level, as well as the managerial leadership with the qualities of transformational leadership at a good level with its commitment to increasing efficiency and organizational effectiveness. The most prominent recommendations were the need for the management of the faculty to be aware of the importance of individual consideration and intellectual To gain their employees' confidence in creativity and commitment in their work, which has an impact on increasing efficiency and organizational effectiveness, and the need to pay more attention to organizational efficiency as it is the fundamental basis for organizational success and that the focus on organizational effectiveness can not To reach the college in question to high levels of organizational success

This study identified the developing of a range of students' geography learning skills and the change in their attitudes toward fieldwork as a consequence of leaning experiences that occurred within a field trip. The sample of the study consisted of (27) students within a special topic course enrolled in Geography Department at Umm Al-Qura University in Saudi Arabia in semester 2, 2018. A range of students' geography learning skills were measured by the skills questionnaire that consisted of 12 geography skills after completing field work. Changes in students' at

Statistical analysis results of linear correlation coefficients for obesity indicators showed that BIA correlation 0.92 was most significant and reliable for obesity measurement.
Results of BIA method for age group 20-29 years showed that 44.4% of females were healthy body while 37.8% of males suffer from increased body fat. Results of age group 30-39 year showed that 32.6 of females were in healthy body and 42% of males were obese. In case age group 40-4

Show MoreThe coordination ability of the azo-Schiff base 2-[1,5-Dimethyl-3-[2-(5-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-ethyl imino]-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-4-ylazo]-5- hydroxy-benzoic acid has been proven in complexation reactions with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Pd(II) and Pt(II) ions. The free ligand (LH) and its complexes were characterized using elemental analysis, determination of metal concentration, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity, FTIR, Uv-Vis, (1H, 13C) NMR spectra, mass spectra and thermal analysis (TGA). The results confirmed the coordination of the ligand through the nitrogen of the azomethine, Azo group (Azo) and the carboxylate ion with the metal ions. The activation thermodynamic parameters, such as ΔE*, ΔH*, ΔS*, ΔG*and K are cal

Show MoreSoftware-Defined Networking (SDN) has evolved network management by detaching the control plane from the data forwarding plane, resulting in unparalleled flexibility and efficiency in network administration. However, the heterogeneity of traffic in SDN presents issues in achieving Quality of Service (QoS) demands and efficiently managing network resources. SDN traffic flows are often divided into elephant flows (EFs) and mice flows (MFs). EFs, which are distinguished by their huge packet sizes and long durations, account for a small amount of total traffic but require disproportionate network resources, thus causing congestion and delays for smaller MFs. MFs, on the other hand, have a short lifetime and are latency-sensitive, but they accou

We perform experiments with a new method of classification based on the PPM character-based text compression scheme. These experiments involve both coarse-grained classification (whether a text is emotional or not) and also fine-grained classification such as recognising Ekman’s six basic emotions (Anger, Disgust, Fear, Happiness, Sadness, Surprise). Experimental results with three datasets show that the new method significantly outperforms the traditional word-based text classification methods. The results show that the PPM compression based classification method is able to distinguish between emotional and nonemotional text with high accuracy, between texts invo

The genetic contributors of T1D among Iraqis are unexplored enough. The study aimed to shed a light on the contribution between genetic variation of interleukin2 (IL2) gene to T1D as a risk influencer in a sample of Iraqi patients. The association between IL2−330 polymorphism (rs2069762) was investigated in 322 Iraqis (78 T1D patients and 244 volunteers as controls). Genotyping for the haplotypes using polymerase chain reaction test – specific sequence primer (PCR-SSP) for (GG, GT, and TT) genotypes corresponding to (G and T) alleles were performed. A significant association revealed a decreased freq
