Abstract

The spread of the phenomenon of excessive buying in our society, especially for cosmetics, and at the same time increase the marketing deception by the organizations to take quick profit 'and accordingly was identified the problem of research in several questions, including:

يهدف هذا البحث الى تحليل إثر التوجهـات الأيديولوجيـة في السياسيات التحريرية للصحف العراقية، ومدى تأثيرها على التزام القائمين بالاتصال بالمعايير المهنية في أدائهم الصحفي، وذلك عن طريق دراسة ميدانية تضمنت عينة قصدية قوامها (54) صحفياً يعملون في سبع صحف ذات أنماط ملكية مختلفة (شبه رسمية، وحزبية، وخاصة). واعتمدَ البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، بهدف رصد العلاقة بين

This study is about finding the estimation of tow equations, the comparative has been done between the estimations  by using seemingly unrelated regression equations for the variable and random error has been distribution with poisson and the variable and random error has been distribution with normal and the method by using oldenary lest square.

While in the application side, we have estimated the parameter of investment specification function for the sector of agriculture with the industry sector is enabled us to obtain an estimation efficiency for the model of seemingly unrelated Poisson regression equation.

المستخلص

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of re-operations engineering business in continuous improvement, as the rapid development of service activities generally private and the great diversity in the goals of its operations and programs of the university and the service has led to the increasing importance of re-operations engineering business as well as continuous improvement so began to study the relationship between the re engineering and continuous improvement of university service, and applied study on a sample of professors from the faculties of administration, economics and law. Find and reach to several conclusions, notably that the preparation of the teaching staff training sessions on how to use modern teaching

 ان دراسة مستقبل النظام الدولي حاليا يبدو انه وفق المعطيات العلمية والوقائع القائمة في ظل بروز الفواعل الدولية من غير الدول، والمؤسسات غير الرسمية الدولية انه يتجه لنظام اللاقطبية وهذا الاتجاه تغذيه متغيرات عديدة لتقليص القطبية، ومن المتوقع مستقبلاً ان تحول النظام الدولي الى اللاقطبية.
