The development of human resources training programs has an applied and important role in the preparation of human cadresin terms of capacity to absorb technical sciences and skills and scientific and practical practices at faster rates in order to bealighed with continous development. Hence the recognition of the significant role that human resources play in the economy of any country, which has stressed the interest towards the economic unity of the qualified staff that it needsin atimely manner through the ongoing training process in the era of high technology day by day In this regard ,the current research deal with accounting of human resources and its impact on reducing costs in the military establishment and then the realit of training and development in this institution. finally ,we have come into the conclusions and recommendatios ,the most important conclusions is that if the military cadets are trained by acadre from within the institution ,the training costs do not appear. The Iraqi training staff dues not receive any fees for this training. The members are also sent to courses outside the country in order to develop them and raise their competences where the Foreign wages in hard currency for each member trained. The most important recommendations are that human resources is awealth not only for the economic units but for the state itself and all that has been up graded skills led to contribute to economic progress and also stressed the need to train qualified Iraqi cadres outside the country for the purpose of development and benefit from their experience in training associates within the country,in providing the cost of foreign trainer.
The nuclear charge density distributions, form factors andcorresponding proton, charge, neutron, and matter root mean squareradii for stable 4He, 12C, and 16O nuclei have been calculated usingsingle-particle radial wave functions of Woods-Saxon potential andharmonic-oscillator potential for comparison. The calculations for theground charge density distributions using the Woods-Saxon potentialshow good agreement with experimental data for 4He nucleus whilethe results for 12C and 16O nuclei are better in harmonic-oscillatorpotential. The calculated elastic charge form factors in Woods-Saxonpotential are better than the results of harmonic-oscillator potential. Finally, the calculated root mean square radii usingWoods-Saxonpotentials ho

. New Schiff base ligand 2-((4-amino-5-(3, 4, 5-trimethoxybenzyl) pyrimidin2-ylimino) (phenyl)methyl)benzoic acid] = [HL] was synthesized using microwave irradiation trimethoprim and 2-benzoyl benzoic acid. Mixed ligand complexes of Mn((ІІ), Co(ІІ), Ni(ІІ), Cu(ІІ), Zn(ІІ) and Cd(ІІ) are reacted in ethanol with Schiff base ligand [HL] and 8-hydroxyquinoline [HQ] then reacted with metal salts in ethanol as a solvent in (1:1:1) ratio. The ligand [HL] is characterized by FTIR, UV-Vis, melting point, elemental microanalysis (C.H.N), 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and mass spectra. The mixed ligand complexes are characterized by infrared spectra, electronic spectra, (C.H.N), melting point, atomic absorption, molar conductance and magnetic m

The suggested structures of the ligand and its complexes have been determined by using C.H.N.S analyzer, thermal analysis, FT-IR, U.V-Visible, 1HNMR, 13CNMR , conductivity measurement , magnetic susceptibility and atomic absorption. According to these studies, the ligand coordinates as a tridentate with metal ions through nitrogen atom of azomethane , oxygen atom of hydroxyl, and sulfur atom of thione

The structure of ligand and complexes were confirmed on the basis of their analytical and spectral data, these dyes were tested as dyeing in cotton fabric, and also testing in light and cleaner firmness. Also, antimicrobial and antifungal activities of ligand and their complexes were evaluated and the results showed that the ZnL compound showed the higher antibacterial activity with inhibition zone of 13mm against Staphyloco-ccus epidermidis, Steptococcus sp. and Escherichia coli compared with ligand and other metal complexes .In case of ZnL compound the antifungal acti

The Study was carried on 80 samples of blood and serum of National Diabetes Center (NDC). The study groups under fasting conditions and they divided as:20 samples of diabetes mellitus patients without complications and 20 samples of diabetes mellitus with cardiovascular (CV) complications and 20 samples of diabetes mellitus with Nephropathy (Neph) complications compared with 20 control group with average age (13-67) years.. It is characterized by white matter affection, but many individuals also have significant gray matter involvement. A double-inversion recovery pulse (DIR) pattern was recently proposed to improve the visibility of multiple sclerosis lesions. Objective: To find out how well a DIR sequence, FLAIR, and T2-weighted pulse sequences can find MS lesions in the supratentorial and infratentorial regions. Methods: A total of 37 patients with established diagnoses of multiple sclerosis were included in this cross-sectional study. Brain MRI was done using double inversion recovery, T2, and FLAIR sequences. The number of lesions was count
