The Role of Market Iraq Securities in activation Industrial sector Special
...Show More Authors

The financial market plays an important role in influencing the economic sectors, including the private industrial sector, through the provision of capital and transfer from savers to investors for the purpose of establishing or expanding projects. Therefore, the financial market is one of the important tools in stimulating the economy in general and the industrial sector in particular, Through the inclusion of industrial companies in the financial market and the introduction of industrial shares to the public, and then provide the necessary funding to stimulate the private industrial sector, Iraq is one of the oil-dependent countries on the oil sector mainly, which lacks industrial production, which is from Are the sectors that lead to economic recovery and increase the gross domestic product. There are several factors that led to the deterioration of industrial production in Iraq, including the frequent wars and the deterioration of infrastructure and the low funding resources necessary to revive it and the dependence on the main import and thus compete with local goods, so the financial market is an important tool For the financing of the private industrial sector, where it was shown through the practical application of the study and using the model of self-regression of distributed delay periods (ARDL) that there is a significant positive correlation and long-term relationship between the variables of the Iraqi market for securities and int C, the development of the Iraqi market for securities and increasing the inclusion of industrial companies lead to an increase in industrial production and thus improve the level of economic activity, and increasing the market value, the number of contracts and the number of industrial shares in the Iraqi market for securities lead to increase industrial production of private, The increase in trading volume leads to lower industrial production.

Comprehensive study of Cu2⁺-ion conducting PVA/PVP/glycerin-based gel polymer electrolytes: structural, electrical, dielectric, and optical properties
...Show More Authors

This study investigates the impact of copper sulfate (CuSO4) doping and glycerin plasticization on the structural, electrical, dielectric, and optical properties of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), and glycerin gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs). The GPEs were prepared using a solution casting method with varying CuSO4 concentrations (5 and 10 wt.%). X-ray diffraction analysis revealed the semi-crystalline nature of the polymer blend and also confirmed the presence of CuSO4. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy confirmed the miscibility of PVA, PVP, and glycerin through interchain hydrogen bonding and indicated the successful incorporation of Cu2+ ions into the polymer blend matrix. The PVA/PVP/glycerin blend containi

EEG-ChTABNet: A Dual-Branch Channel-Wise Transformer with Gated Attention-Branch Network for EEG-Based Classification of Dementia
...Show More Authors

Background/Objectives: Early and accurate discrimination of neurological conditions, dementia, stroke and healthy aging, remains a critical clinical challenge. Electroencephalography (EEG) is a non-invasive measure of brain dynamics and entropy-based features obtained from multichannel EEG have shown strong discriminative ability. However, existing deep learning approaches do not sufficiently address the combined challenges of small clinical cohorts and high-dimensional entropy feature spaces. In this study, a novel architecture is proposed for multi-class neurological EEG classification under extreme small-sample conditions. Methods: A novel dual-branch Channel-wise Transformer and Attention-Branch Network (EEG-ChTABNet) are pr to

A Novel Water Quality Index for Iraqi Surface Water
...Show More Authors

The study aims to build a water quality index that fits the Iraqi aquatic systems and reflects the environmental reality of Iraqi water. The developed Iraqi Water Quality Index (IQWQI) includes physical and chemical components. To build the IQWQI, Delphi method was used to communicate with local and global experts in water quality indices for their opinion regarding the best and most important parameter we can use in building the index and the established weight of each parameter. From the data obtained in this study, 70% were used for building the model and 30% for evaluating the model. Multiple scenarios were applied to the model inputs to study the effects of increasing parameters. The model was built 4 by 4 until it reached 17 parame

Structural and optical properties of C60-ZnO thin films synthesized by spray pyrolysis technique with plasma treatment as antibacterial activity
...Show More Authors

Spray pyrolysis technique was used to make Carbon60-Zinc oxide (C60-ZnO) thin films, and chemical, structural, antibacterial, and optical characterizations regarding such nanocomposite have been done prior to and following treatment. Fullerene peaks in C60-ZnO thin films are identical and appear at the same angles. Following the treatment of the plasma, the existence regarding fullerene peaks in the thin films investigated suggests that the crystallographic quality related to C60-ZnO thin films has enhanced. Following plasma treatment, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) images regarding a C60-ZnO thin film indicate that both zinc oxide and fullerene particles had shrunk in the size and have an even distribution. In addition
