The current researsh is aimed to pay attention on concept of human resources hard (Difficult) to manage. Such style of human resourcses has emerged to form anew challenge for busniess organizations.

Management such human resources entails first determing incentives of their behaviour models. Analyzing these models will be important to strategical management of them from work.

In nutshell, this researsh try to recommendation of contemporary literature about future of difficult (hard) human resources management.

The paper attempts to find out the elements of picaresque novel in selected English and Iraqi novels. It studies these elements in Henry Fielding’s Joseph Andrews and Adil Abduljabbar’s Arzal Hamad Al-Salim. The paper is divided into four sections. The first is an introduction to the picaresque novel. It gives a definition, a historical background, and the elements of the genre. The second section studies Fielding’s novel focusing on the elements of this type of novel and how it affects the story itself. فهذا ما يسّـر الله لي من بحث مسألة ما يدخل في عموم لفظه وما لا يدخل، والأصل أن كل ما ينطبق عليه العام لغة فهو داخل فيه، مشمول بحكمه، لكن وجد علماء أصول الفقه أن بعض ما ينطبق عليه اللفظ لغة غير مقصود في النصوص الشرعية (الكتاب والسنة)، فالمملوك المسلم ينطبق عليه لفظ (المؤمنون)، و(الذين آمنوا) لكنه غير مقصود في بعض الأحكام كالجهاد وصلاة الجمعة .
