The Mediator Role of Workplace Spirituality in The Relationship Between Psychological Capital and Entrepreneurial Behavior: Field Research in the center of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil
...Show More Authors

Abstract

The research aims to identify the mediator role of  workplace spirituality in the  relationship between psychological capital and entrepreneurial  behavior: field research to a sample opinions from employees at the center of the Iraqi ministry of Oil . The importance of the current research emerged from paucity of studies that have attempted to identify and know the nature of the relationship between the variables as well as trying to find the current address and realistic problem directly affects the performance of employees in the Iraqi oil sector.

In order to achieve the goal of research the use of the analytical method (quantitative) was relying on the questionnaire as an essential tool for collecting research data Has been chosen center of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil a field to search, included (307) Employees At all administrative levels in the Ministry.

The evaluating and testing the Validity and Reliability of the measurement research tools we have been relying on test coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) as well as on the use of confirmatory  factor analysis  for variables research. Then we conducted data analysis and test hypotheses using appropriate statistical tools (some of descriptive statistics, Correlation analysis, direct and indirect effect analysis using the structural equation modeling method, and the Sobel test to verify the significance of the intermediate role assumptions.

The results showed  correctness or validity of all the research hypotheses, Accordingly, a set of conclusions was formulated, the most important of which is that variable of the  workplace spirituality partially mediates the relationship between psychological capital and entrepreneurial behavior, The research concluded with a number of recommendations Which ensures a range of administrative mechanisms and practices that promote the building of psychological capital and create an environment conducive to the development of workplace spirituality and entrepreneurial behavior of employees.

A An Authentication and Access Control Model for Healthcare based Cloud Services
...Show More Authors

Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems are used as an efficient and effective method of exchanging patients’ health information with doctors and other key stakeholders in the health sector to obtain improved patient treatment decisions and diagnoses. As a result, questions regarding the security of sensitive user data are highlighted. To encourage people to move their sensitive health records to cloud networks, a secure authentication and access control mechanism that protects users’ data should be established. Furthermore, authentication and access control schemes are essential in the protection of health data, as numerous responsibilities exist to ensure security and privacy in a network. So, the main goal of our s

Smart Wearable Plasma Healing Patch with Adaptive Electronic Control and Integrated Biosensors
...Show More Authors

Traditional healthcare for chronic wounds and Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) treatments relies on passive dressings and large-volume stationary equipment operating with open-loop systems, which severely limits their use and confines it to specialized clinical environments. To address the lack of active thermal safety mechanisms in mobile devices, this research proposes a wearable smart plasma patch equipped with a closed-loop adaptive electronic control system to ensure safe patient care and treatment at home. The smart patch integrates real-time analog biosensors to continuously monitor skin temperature and relative humidity. An algorithm running on a microcontroller dynamically adjusts the high-voltage plasma parameters using Pulse

Estimate a nonparametric copula density function based on probit and wavelet transforms
...Show More Authors

This study employs wavelet transforms to address the issue of boundary effects. Additionally, it utilizes probit transform techniques, which are based on probit functions, to estimate the copula density function. This estimation is dependent on the empirical distribution function of the variables. The density is estimated within a transformed domain. Recent research indicates that the early implementations of this strategy may have been more efficient. Nevertheless, in this work, we implemented two novel methodologies utilizing probit transform and wavelet transform. We then proceeded to evaluate and contrast these methodologies using three specific criteria: root mean square error (RMSE), Akaike information criterion (AIC), and log

UNSTEADY PRESSURE DROP AND HEAT TRANSFER OFMAGNETOHYDRODYNAMIC ANNULAR TWO-PHASE INRECTANGULAR CHANNEL

An annular two-phase, steady and unsteady, flow model in which a conductingfluid flow under the action of magnetic field is concavely. Two models arepresented, in the model one; the magnetic field is perpendicular to the long side ofthe channel, while in the model two is perpendicular to the short side. Also, westudy, to some extent the single-phase liquid flow.It is found that the motion and heat transfer equations are controlled by differentdimensionless parameters namely, Reynolds, Hartmann, Prandtl, and Poiseuilleparameters. The Laplace transform technique is used to solve each of the motion andheat transfer equations. The effects of each of dimensionless parameters upon thevelocity and heat transfer is analyzed.A comprehensive study fo

Thermal Efficiency for Passive Solar Chimney with and Without Heat Storage material
...Show More Authors

In this study, a different design of passive air Solar Chimney(SC)was tested by installing it in the south wall of insulated test room in Baghdad city. The SC was designed from vertical and inclined parts connected serially together, the vertical SC (first part) has a single pass and Thermal Energy Storage Box Collector (TESB (refined paraffin wax as Phase Change Material(PCM)-Copper Foam Matrix(CFM))), while the inclined SC was designed in single pass, double passes and double pass with TESB (semi refined paraffin wax with copper foam matrix) with selective working angle ((30o, 45o and 60o). A computational model was employed and solved by Finite Volume Method (FVM) to simulate the air i

Newcastle disease virus, rituximab, and doxorubicin combination as anti-hematological malignancy therapy
...Show More Authors

Hematological malignancies are important diseases that need more powerful therapeutics. Even with current targeting therapies, such as rituximab and other chemotherapeutic agents, there is a need to develop new treatment strategies. Combination therapy seems the best option to target the tumor cells by different mechanisms. Virotherapy is a very promising treatment modality, as it is selective, safe, and causes cancer destruction. The Iraqi strain of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) has proved to be effective both in vitro and in vivo. In the current work, we tested its ability on anti-hematological tumors and enhanced current treatments with combination therapy, and studied this combination using Chou–Talalay analysis. p53 concentration was
