The purpose behind building the linear regression model is to describe the real linear relation between any explanatory variable in the model and the dependent one, on the basis of the fact that the dependent variable is a linear function of the explanatory variables and one can use it for prediction and control. This purpose does not cometrue without getting significant, stable and reasonable estimatros for the parameters of the model, specifically regression-coefficients. The researcher found that "RUF" the criterian that he had suggested accurate and sufficient to accomplish that purpose when multicollinearity exists provided that the adequate model that satisfies the standard assumpitions of the error-term can be assigned. It is wrong to ignore the assumptions and depend directly on the least "MSE & PRESS" and greatest " " because it satisfies the model with false fit to data, whereas the regession coefficients are still unstable and unreasonable because of the multicollinearity and the effect of the error-term on the explanatory and predicted power. So the researcher has made procedures for using his criterion "RUF" to get the real best subset linear model.
Standards play a vital role in documenting the values of new test results in the form of tables. They are one of the basic requirements that the standardization process aims for as a complement to standardizing test procedures, and contribute to knowing the current reality of the student. The degree of readiness and level as a result of practicing different exercises for sports activities, in addition to the possibility of adopting it for comparison with his group or similar groups, classification, prediction and selection. Developing the skill of handling the football in the educational field is an important matter for achieving distinguished performance among students. This skill requires a level of accuracy, speed and control, and

Hence the research problem in how quickly insurance companies to pay compensation as soon as possible and the return of the insured to carry out its work and make up for what he died from loss. his project try to explain the using ability of spatial techniques for land cover change detection on regional level with the time parameter and did select for explain these abilities study case (Hewaizah marsh ) . this area apply to many big changes with the time. These changes made action on characters and behaviors of this area as well as all activities in it . This Project concerting to recognize the Using importance of remote sensing and GIS Methodology in data collecting for the changes of land use and the methodology for the analyses and getting the results for the next using as a base data for development and drawing the plans as well as in regional planning .This project focus on practical
