The research aimed to study the political discourse in the drawings of Faisal Laibi, where it shed light on the discourse in the plastic field - concepts and applications, as well as the representations of discourse in the modern and contemporary plastic field, and to study the experience of Faisal Laibi and the uniqueness of his style in artistic performance. The site has collected more than (210 works) whose sources varied between the artist's website himself on the social network, the Internet, and the published paper publications. This paper deals with the restrictive/nonrestrictive relative clauses in German and Arabic. I will, first of all, be concerned with some theories that have been provided to define the restrictive and the nonrestrictive relative clauses, particularly with the phonetic hypothesis. It will be, then, shown that the phonetic aspect is unable to give clear answers in this respect. The best way to determine restrictivity in both languages is, I think, by implementing of semantic indicators.

Abstract
This research shows the history of political conflicts in Zimbabwe, the
merits of the political struggle for power in this country since the British
colonial period, especially after the British administration announced that
Zimbabwe is a local colony of the British Crown in 1923, as the settlement
