Takfir is an ancient phenomenon that accompanied the emergence of Islam, and this phenomenon took its political dimension during the time of the fourth Rashidi Caliph with the emergence ofthe Kharijites sect that disbelieved many Muslims.

The study started from the hypothesis that "contemporary Islamicmovements and organizations have relied in their takfir on the ideas and fatwas presented by the predecessors which applied ontocontemporary reality without considering the circumstances of this reality, which has produced many repercussions and dangerous effects on Islamic and non-Islamic societies.

In our current era, many Islamic movements and organizations have prevailed that used takfir as a basic principle of their thoughts, as these movements disbelieve Muslim rulers and Islamic societies, because rulers do notrule according to what God Almighty has revealed and replace the rulings of God with man-made laws, and they disbelieve Islamic societies because they agreed with these rulers and the laws of unbelief as well. In addition toits expiation for the other, whether this other is among the Muslims who contradict it in the doctrine and political affiliation, or from the other religiously different within or outside Islamic societies .The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which were

  • Expansion of the takfiri movements and organizations in imposing the ruling of unbelief on others without being bound by the Qur’anic texts or the hadiths of the Prophet contained in the warning against applying the ruling of infidelity to others.

2- The simple and superficial understanding of many Islamic verses and rulings, such as limiting the issue of legislation to God Almighty or the atonement of the ruler because he does not judge by what God Almighty has revealed, in addition to the atonement of everyone who believes in democracy or some of its principles and mechanisms that may not intersect with Islam, but some consider it to be the core of the Islamic vision to the system of government.

3- This thought resulted in negative effects on the call to God Almighty, as it resulted in negative effects on the unity of Islamic societies, on development and evolution, on distorting the image of Islam and Muslims and on the reality of peaceful coexistence between Muslims and others.

Investigation of the New Room Temperature Ionic Liquid of Al(NO3)3.9H2O with Urea CO(NH2)2
...Show More Authors

Mixing aluminum nitrate nonahydrate with urea produced room temperatures clear colorless ionic liquid with lowest freezing temperature at (1: 1.2) mole ratio respectively. Freezing point phase diagram was determined and density, viscosity and conductivity were measured at room temperature. It showed physical properties similar to other ionic liquids. FT-IR,UV-Vis, 1H NMR and 13C NMR were used to study the interaction between its species where - CO ??? Al- bond was suggested and basic ion [Al(NO3)4]? and acidic ions [Al(NO3)2. xU]+ were proposed. Water molecule believed to interact with both ions. Redox potential was determined to be about 2 Volt from – 0.6 to + 1.4 Volt with thermal stability up to 326 ?.

In the present research we the study the deposition of radioactive elements naturally and particularly radioactive radon gas in parts of the body of organisms which are of direct relevance to human life in the city of Baghdad as the samples which were collected from the bones and skin of some kinds of birds and chicken based on the principle that radioactive elements are concentrated always on the bones. We use of this as the exercise detector impact nuclear (CR-39), using the technology Cylindrical diffusion , the results indicated that the largest concentration of radon found in the bone bird Seagull tapered as it was (625 ± 37) Bq.cm-3, and less concentration of radon gas in the chicken bones of Al-kafeel as it was (105 ± 10) Bq.c
