The study aimed to clarify the meanings learned and inferred from reading books، letters and messages in Surat Al-Qur’an.      The goal of this paper is to show the kinematic characteristics of gaseous stellar dynamics using scaling coefficient relationships (such as Tully-Fisher) in different spiral galaxies.
