Irak Türk ağızları Azeri Türkçesinin bir uzantısı olarak değerlendirilir.Kerkük Türkçesiyle yazılan edebi ürünler, Irak Türkçesinin tamamını ifade etmek üzere kullanılmaktadır. Zamanın Eli divanı Kerkük Türkçesile yazılan bir eserdir. Bu yüzden bu divanı seçtik ve Irak Türkmen Türkçesi , Osmanlı Türkçesi ve Türkiye Türkçesi dilleri arasında  karşılaştırmalı bir inceleme yaptık.

This research contributes to environmental sustainability by recycling natural waste resources in making clothing products. The research aims to employ palm trees waste in designing belts suitable for contemporary women's fashion trends. Both descriptive and applied research approaches were used. Therefore, a collection of belts was designed and implemented. Then, a questionnaire was used to assess the extent to which the implemented belts achieved in sustainability standards using Likert scale. The sample size was 60 women. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program to calculate the arithmetic mean and standard deviation.             This paper presents a study of wavelet self-organizing maps (WSOM) for face recognition. The WSOM is a feed forward network that estimates optimized wavelet based for the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) on the basis of the distribution of the input data, where wavelet basis transforms are used as activation function.

 

 

This work includes design, implementation and testing of a microcontroller – based spectrum analyzer system. Both hardware and software structures are built to verify the main functions that are required by such system. Their design utilizes the permissible and available tools to achieve the main functions of the system in such a way to be modularly permitting any adaptation for a specific changing in the application environment. The analysis technique, mainly, depends on the Fourier analysis based methods of spectral analysis with the necessary required preconditioning processes. The software required for waveform analysis has been prepared. The spectrum of the waveform has been displayed, and the instrument accuracy has been checked.
