The study aimed to explore the relationship between future anxiety and life orientation of male and female nurses, working in government hospitals of Gaza Strip governorates. The study sample consisted of 228 nurses (131 male nurses and97 female nurses. To achieve the study objectives , the researcher used the future anxiety scale, prepared by the researcher, and life orientation scale prepared by Scheier and Craver (1985 ) and translated into Arabic by Bader Al-Ansari . للدراسات التاريخية أهميتها ولاسيما دراسة المؤلفات الذي يعطينا صورة كاملة عن تطور الواقع التاريخي للمرحلة التي عاصرها المؤلف وتكتب دراسة الشخصيات العلمية طابعاً خاصاً ومهم يدفعنا إلى التعريف بالمؤرخ ومنهجه في الكتاب والموارد التي استقى معلوماتهِ منها . 

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الضغوط النفسية والخوف من المستقبل لدى أمهات أطفال طيف التوحد، بلغت عينة الدراسة )60( ام لديهن طفل توحدي، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبعد تطبيق مقياسي الدراسة ومعالجة البيانات احصائيا توصلت الدراسة ان األمهات لديهن درجة عالية من الضغوط النفسية ودرجة عالية من الخوف حول مستقبل اطفالهن، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة خرجت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
