The study aims to identify the reality of knowledge management in decision-making in academic departments from the point of view of faculty members at Blonde University. improved method, which can determine an optimal threshold and neighbouring window size
for every subband by the Stein’s unbiased risk estimate (SURE). Its denoising performance is
