     الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وعلى  واصحابه أجمعين  ومن تبعهم وأهتدى بهداهم الى يوم الدين اما بعد :

        فوظيفة القضاء وظيفة سامية يراد منها اقامة العدل ولا يستقيم حالهم الا به دفعاّ للظلم ، ولقد اولى النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ومن بعده الخلفاء الراشدون

شكلت التطورات التكنولوجية في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الناجمة عن العولمة معلم رئيسي في تحولات التنظيمات الإرهابية، وإنتاج انماط جديدة من الإرهابيين والمتطرفين القادرين على التفاعل مع الثورة المعلوماتية والاتصالية. ان معظم الجرائم الإرهابية الإلكترونية مرتبطة بالإنترنت وهو المسرح المفضل للمتطرفين فالأول يقتل والثاني يسوغ ويحرض ويجند، والذي جعل الإنترنت وسيلة فعالة كونها سهلة الاستخدام وسريعة الوصول إلى

   The Financial systems can be classified into two types. The first is the market–oriented, which is applied in United States and United Kingdom. While the second is bank-oriented as in Japan and Germany.

   This study tries to explain the reasons which make some countries adopt the first one instead of the second, and the contrary. So the study consists of three sections. The first deals with the concept of financial system and it are functions. The second displays the indicators which are used to classify the financial systems, while the third one is devoted to the factors that determine the type of financial system .These sections followed by some conclusions.

The research entitled "the Iraqi Topics in International Arab Press" is an analytical study of two newspapers: Al-Arab and Al-Hayat published in London from September 1-30, 2013.

The international humanitarian law found the special rules to protect women meanwhile the armed conflicts whether international or non-international. These rules are adopted for woman because of two reasons : that she is from civilians and on the other hand that her special constitution demands a special protection. The international community's attention of women is increased as a result of the tragic situation that faced women around the world especially in the Middle East and particularly in Iraq during the American-British war and ISIS period, these two periods sort many negative effects that reach women such as captivity, slavery, sexual enslavement and rape women especially Yazidis and Christians....

Treaties were held among state lets in civilization of Mesopotamia in Arab homeland and neighbor states that are basics to build international relations as well as to put the customary rules and legal for this relation through that time.
