The study sought to identify the attitudes of PhD students towards establishing the field of educational administration. The study followed the descriptive survey method. The questionnaire was used to collect information from the study community consisting of (95) male and female students in the department of educational administration and Planning. The importance of the jurist concentrated on Abu-Abdullah Mohammad Bin Ismael Al- Bukhary who wrote his famous writing (the great history) according to his Modern approach.  His style was clearly aimed to record historical events helped narrators reported novel especially through deep reading to be as a sign of special different style from curriculum historians and their ways. It was an approach like an affect charm to the reader and transmitted to a state of grandeur and pride.  

The basic goal of human creation is worship, the Almighty stated: { I created the jinn and mankind only to worship Me} Al-Dhariyat 56.  The basic worships by which we approach Allah Almighty are the praying and zakat, that they are significant because the praying  and zakat mostly come together in numerous Qur’anic verses.  The problem of missing data represents a major obstacle before researchers in the process of data analysis in different fields since , this problem is a recurrent one in all fields of study including social , medical , astronomical and clinical experiments .

The presence of such a problem within the data to be studied may influence negatively on the analysis and it may lead to misleading conclusions , together with the fact that these conclusions that result from a great bias caused by that problem in spite of the efficiency of wavelet methods but they are also affected by the missing of data , in addition to the impact of the problem of miss of accuracy estimation

Background: Survey of the occlusion in population groups usually include in their objections the academic assessment of occlusal feature, the planning resources for public health treatment programmers, the comparison of different population and the screening of groups for orthodontic treatment. Likewise a thorough investigation of the occurrence of malocclusions among school–students would be of major importance in the planning of orthodontic treatment in the public dental health services. For this purpose it is necessary to have detailed information on the prevalence of individual malocclusion among boys and girls at different ages distributed regionally, and moreover, an analysis of the need for orthodontic treatment in the different sc
