Abstract (Iraq post – war reconstruction strategy: analytical study in fact and future prospects.) There search aims at identifying the causes of internal instability in Iraq from the political ,economic , social and security aspects , to diagnose the imbalance and to work towards finding real solutions to this . The study also aims at identifying the reconstruction proposals to completely eliminate the organizationof the terrorist advocate, as well as to know. theproblem of research lies in the ability of Iraqi political elites to achieve internal stability and to employ reconstruction proposals at all levels . The hypothesis of the research lies in the equation that the process of building stability (political – economic)and (social – cultural) and (security – military) depends on the strategy of uniting religious and political discourse the importance of reconstruction in its general form. The methodology of the research was using the analytical descriptive approach. The research consists of an introduction, three studies, a conclusion and conclusions the research yield the following results: 1 – A strategy should be provided for the completion of the reconstruction process, taking into account the intellectual and material aspects of the elimination of war and its multiple effects. 2- The political elites must abandon their own in tersest and give them priority in the interest of the supreme nation until the construction process is achieved .

Show MoreA study of taxonomic quality of soil algae was conducted with some environmental variables in three sites of local gardens (Kadhimiya, Adhamiya and Dora) within the governorate of Baghdad for the period from October 2016 to March 2017. Forty-eight taxa of zooplankton were identified including 26 taxa to Copepoda, 17 taxa belonged to Rotifers and 5 taxa to Cladocera: Copepoda was the most dominant group (54.2%); Rotifera comprised (35.4%); Cladocera comprised (10.4%).
