This study aims at defining the concept of the fragile state, a term that came into existence in 2014, when the states that had internal Problems and external interventions were referred to as the failure states. However, the indicators for their designation and the criteria adopted are 12 indicators that address all aspects of the State’s duties vis-a-vis its citizens. The study examined the reasons that led to the continuation of Iraq within the fragile states, and the selection of the five years within the time limits of the study due to the factors that led to the decline of Iraq and falling back within the most fragile countries. The study aimed to identify the awareness level of hidden curriculum among field education students, College of Education, Hail University. To identify the different awareness level of hidden curriculum among field education students depending on specialization variable, and grade variable in curriculum and instruction course, a descriptive survey method was used. The study sample consisted of (182) students: 78 students in Islamic Culture major, 46 primary major and 58 in physical education. To achieve the study objectives, a hidden curriculum awareness scale was designed included (36) items.       The present paper discusses one of the most important Russian linguistic features of Arabic origin Russian lexes denoting some religious worship or some political and social positions like Qadi, Wally, Sultan, Alam, Ruler, Caliph, Amir, Fakih, Mufti, Sharif, Ayatollah, Sheikh.. etc.  A lexical analysis of the two of the most efficient and most used words of Arabic origin Russian lexes that are “Caliph and Sheikh” is considered in the present study. The lexicographic analysis of these words makes it possible to identify controversial issues related to their etymology and semantic development.
