Many researchers consider Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition (HCCI) engine mode as a promising alternative to combustion in Spark Ignition and Compression Ignition Engines. The present investigation was carried out on diversity of fungi and bacteria from Al-Yusifia river, Baghdad city.
