The article is devoted to football lexicon in Arabic and Russian. The charr acteristics that determine the coincidence of lexical units in the Arabic and Russian languages are revealed. Football related words and phrases exist in different languages and in most cases they are the same. With the develop ment of football in the world and thanks to the media, new words and terms have become firmly established in the language. In Arabic, Italian and Span ish words are often used, but there are original Arabic phrases, most often consisting of two words - sports journalists and commentators actively use them. This paper aims to add to the growing body of cognitive translation studies that deal with the translation of emotions and the factors of evaluating the translation process-oriented. Cognitive appraisal is one of the tokens that includes three paradigms of assessing the performance of translation, it can be addressed from the perspective of emotions, intuitions, and individual styles of the SL and the method of transfer into TL. In this paper, an attempt was made to measure and interpret the impact of several variables on global maritime transport, including: OECD industrial productions, high growth rates of some developing countries, and growth in world GDP. These variables contribute to higher rates of maritime transport revenues of 800 billion dollars annually; in the form of numerical sequences. The dry canal in Iraq was assumed to transfer 99 million tons of goods annually. This research aims to analyze the impact of the United States policy of pressure and sanctions on changing Iran's conduct.
