تعد أساليب وطرائق تدريس المواد الدراسية العلمية من المجالات المهمة التي تساعد في تحويل المجرد إلى ثوابت في الذهن وترفع مستوى خبرات كل من المعلم والمتعلم على حد سواء إضافة إلى إنها جزء لا يتجزأ من العملية التربوية ومن الركائز المهمة التي تقوم عليها المناهج الدراسية لأنها تساعد الطلبة على اكتساب مهارات ومعلومات وتكوين اتجاهات وميول تخدم أهداف تدريس المادة وبما أن مادة الكيمياء الكمية هي إحدى المواد الدراسية

As we know the transportation studies regarded as one of a very
important and difficult studies and one of its difficulties created from the
process of data updating therefore the researcher well facing many difficulties
to balancing between the old data on collecting new data.
The research present an opinion which is summarized by: can we use
the old data after we updated and used it as alternatives? Or the researcher
must collect new data to complete their research which indicate to the present
situation and some times they cant complete their studies because of the
security, economic, temporally difficulties.

The present study included the microscopic and molecular identification of Entamoeba histolytica by using specific primers to detect four virulence factors possessed by Entamoeba histolytica. Virulence factors included Active Cysteine proteinase, Galactose/N-acetyl-D-galactose-lectin, Amoeba pore C and Phospholipase. Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO₂NPs) were synthesized from Pseudomonas aeruginosa which producing Pyocyanin pigment as a reducing agent to form it. The semiempirical (PM3) and DFT quantum mechanical methods were used to investigate the theoretical degradation of Indigo dye. The chemical reactivity of the Indigo dye was evaluated by comparing the potential energy stability of the mean bonds. Seven transition states were suggested and studied to estimate the actually starting step of the degradation reaction. The bond length and bond angle calculations indicate that the best active site in the Indigo dye molecule is at C10=C11.  The most possible transition states are examined for all suggested paths of Indigo dye degradation predicated on zero-point energy and imaginary frequency.
