The objective of this study was to isolate and identify the asparaginase-producing bacteria, then purify and characterize the enzyme in order to investigate their properties in the future. Fifteen local bacterial isolates were isolated from various sites in the city of Baghdad, identified by conventional morphological and biochemical procedures, and confirmed using vitek 2 methods, and submitted to primary screening processes for asparaginase production. Regression models are one of the most important models used in modern studies, especially research and health studies because of the important results they achieve. Two regression models were used: Poisson Regression Model and Conway-Max Well-  Poisson), where this study aimed to make a comparison between the two models and choose the best one between them using the simulation method and at different sample sizes (n = 25,50,100) and with repetitions (r = 1000). Salicylaldehyde was reacting with 2-amino benzoic acid to produce the Schiff base ligand benzoic acid 2-salicylidene (L). The prepared ligand was identified by Microelemental Analysis, FT.IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic techniques. A new complexes of Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II) and Zn(II) with Schiff base was prepared in aqueous ethanol with a (1:1) M:L.
