هدف البحث الى إعداد تمرينات تعليمية بمصاحبة بعض الوسائط التفاعلية في بعض القدرات العقلية والاداء الفني لركض 100 حواجز طالبات، وكانت عينة البحث هم طالبات كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للبنات / جامعه بغداد المرحلة الثانية وكان عددهم (20) طالبة واستعملت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي واستعملت تمرينات تعليمية بمصاحبة بعض الوسائط التفاعلية للمجموعة التجريبية لمدة (6 أسابيع) بواقع وحدتين تعليمية في الأسبوع واستن

اللغة هي الأداة  الرئيسة  للتواصل  اللغوي بين أفراد المجتمع . أن المتحدث بأية لغة يحتاج إلى استخدام رموز مشتركة. ومع ذلك، تسهم الظروف الاجتماعية والجغرافية والفردية المختلفة في ذلك, اذ أن هنالك طرقاً مختلفة لاستخدام اللغة نفسها, لذلك فأنها ضرورية للحفاظ على انماط معينة لجعل التواصل ممكنا. وهذا الاستخدام المختلف يؤدي الى  تنوع استخدام اللغة.                     هذا يعني ان المتحدثين في مكان ما لا يتكل

طريقة التنفس الانفي البديل تتم عن طريق الشهيق من فتحة الانف اليسرى والزفير من اليمنى  ثم الشهيق من اليمنى والزفير من اليسرى مع تكرار العملية، واستخدم الباحث هذه الطريقة للتعرف على الاستشفاء للملاكمين بدلالة النبض خلال فترة الراحة بين الجولات، وشملت عينة البحث على ملاكمين من فئة الشباب وعددهم (9) ملاكين بمعدل اعمار (17.45) وبعد اخضاعهم الى طريقة الاستشفاء الاعتيادية وطريقة التنفس الانفي البديل خلال الراحة ب

This research presents the methods for estimating parameters of the grey model GM(1,1) is the accumulative method (ACC), the exponential method (EXP), modified exponential method (Mod EXP) and the Particle Swarm Optimization method (PSO). Manipulation is a discursive concept which plays a key role in political discourse by which politicians can impose some impact on their recipients through using linguistic features, most prominent of which are personal pronouns (Van Dijk, 1995).
