Özet
Sözlü Türk halk edebiyatı ürünleri içinde önemli yere sahip olan türlerden biri de atasözleridir. Atasözleri, nesilden nesile halk ağzında dolaĢan, kimin söylediği bilinmeyen, birtakım gerçekleri kısa ve öz bir Ģekilde ifade eden sözlerdir. Türk atasözleri Orhun Abideleri‟nde ilk kez karĢımıza çıkmakla birlikte, Uygur dönemi yazıtlarında ve özellikle Dîvânü Lûgati‟t Türk‟te geniĢ yer bulmuĢtur. Dilin anlatım ve kullanım imkânlarını geliĢtiren atasözlerine, dünyanın bütün dillerinde rastlanabilir. Bunun için, söyleyiĢte güzel, anlatımda güçlü, kavramda önemli unsurlar içeren kalıplaĢmıĢ sözler halinde bulunurlar. Bu çalıĢmada, Türk halk edebiyatında atasözleri ele alınmıĢ, genel bilgiler verilmiĢ, manzum Ģekli üzerinde durulmuĢ, daha sonra Irak Türkmen Ģairlerinden Sadık Assafoğlu‟ndan derlenen atasözü içerikli hoyrat örnekleri aktarılmıĢtır. Söz konusu örnekler aktarılmadan önce Irak Türkmen halk edebiyatının Ģah damarını teĢkil eden hoyrat türü hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiĢtir.

Abstract
Natural gas is characterized by features that made from it a fuel and a raw material for many industries. Deepening its position as a favorite fossil supplier between other types of fossil fuel is the efficiency, diversity of its uses, low costs and compatibility with the environment which leads to increasing of its uses then increased global demand. تناول هذا البحث مراجعة لعدد من الكتب التي ألفت في جغرافية العراق العربية منها والإنكليزية، وتحديداً الكتب في العصر الحديث، إذ توصل البحث الى وجود مجموعة من الكتب التي تناولت مختلف جوانب العراق الطبيعية منها والبشرية، اتضح أن بعض الكتب الجغرافية تناولت الجانب الجغرافي الطبيعي فقط، في حين أن كتب أخرى تناولت الجانب الجغرافي البشري فقط. وأخرى جمعت بين الجغرافية الطبيعية والبشرية للعراق.

The Iraqi culture faced a set of challenges that can be diagnosed with the most prominent features as follows:
- The dominance of authoritarian political systems which entails authoritarian regimes with the absence of contemporary political concepts of human rights.
