The aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of N  and Nβ -closed sets in terms of neutrosophic topological spaces. Some of its properties are also discussed.

Professional learning societies (PLS) are a systematic method for improving teaching and learning performance through designing and building professional learning societies. One of them is a novel titled "Plague" written by the French writer Alber Kamo, the second is a poem of the Iraqi poetess Nazik Al-Malaekah. The objective of the current research is to identify the degree of awareness of the teachers of Arabic language with the requirements of sustainable development. The research sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers of the Arabic language. A 3-likert scale of (71) items grouped into practical and cognitive aspects, five trends for each aspect was designed by the researcher to explore the required data. The results showed that the level of awareness of teachers of the Arabic language was moderate of both the cognitive and practical aspects of sustainable education with means (1.69) and (1.48) respectively. This research aims to evaluate the teaching methods used by intermediate Arabic language teachers. To achieve the goal, the researcher followed the descriptive-analytical approach. The research sample was limited to Arabic language teachers at intermediate school for the academic year (2017-2018) the researcher chose a random sample included (155) teachers which form a (40%) Of the original community at Baghdad/ Rusafa1th.     The weak and strong forms are so called because it is not their lexical content that primary matter, but the role they have in the sentence. The problematic confusion, our students encounter, in recognizing and producing the correct pronunciation of weak and strong forms of the English function words is the main incentive behind conducting  this study.
