This study has aimed to investigate the effect of feed forms, mash and pellet on productive performance and carcass yields of broilers. 225 unsexed birds of the hybrid Ross 308 broiler were used, with a starting weight of 45.4 g one day old. The experiment lasted up to 35 days. The birds were randomly distributed into five treatments; each treatment contained 45 chicks according to three replicates (15 birds/ replicate). A sensitive, accurate, and affordable colorimetric method was developed for assaying prednisolone (PRZ) in various medicinal forms. The procedure involves the oxidation of PRZ by ferric ions, followed by complexation of the resulting ferrous ions with ferricyanide to produce a greenish-blue product. Common complexation conditions were thoroughly investigated. The mole ratio of FeCl₃·6H₂O to K₃Fe(CN)₆ was 8:1. The proposed mechanism of complexation was suggested and considered. Klebsiella pneumoniae is an adaptable pathogen that forms biofilms on a variety of surfaces. This study's objective was to identify the presence of fimbrial genes (types 1 and 3) in K. pneumoniae strains isolated from various clinical sources based on their antibiotic resistance and ability to form biofilms.
