The current work concerns preparing cobalt manganese ferrite (Co0.2Mn0.8Fe2O4) and decorating it with polyaniline (PAni) for supercapacitor applications. The X-ray diffraction findings (XRD) manifested a broad peak of PAni and a cubic structure of cobalt manganese ferrite with crystal sizes between 21 nm. The pictures were taken with a field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), which evidenced that the PAni has nanofibers (NFs) structures, grain size 33 – 55 nm, according to the method of preparation, where the hydrothermal method was used. The present study aimed at identifying the level of psychological alienation and motivation of achievement among the incoming teachers in the schools of Dhofar Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman a well as to explore the correlation relationship between psychological alienation and motivation of achievement. هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الضغوط النفسية والخوف من المستقبل لدى أمهات أطفال طيف التوحد، بلغت عينة الدراسة )60( ام لديهن طفل توحدي، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبعد تطبيق مقياسي الدراسة ومعالجة البيانات احصائيا توصلت الدراسة ان األمهات لديهن درجة عالية من الضغوط النفسية ودرجة عالية من الخوف حول مستقبل اطفالهن، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة خرجت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
