Abstract
Hebrew literature in America was related to a particular environment. Also it is related to certain issues, and most of them were talking about Jewish life in America. The character of Simon Halkin fixed in the minds of visitors especially that of a poet, although his stories and notes are a considerable amount of his work. Halkin's stories have almost all American background. Persons, environment and landscape permanent plot of this land. He speaks most explicitly stories about Jewish life in America and describes life there. Sometimes he describes the patience of Jews living in the Diaspora. Literary career of Shimon Halkin seem to be certain areas where the two against two lifetimes of experience. The first area we see him wondering and fumbling, and both he reveals clear signs of attachment and seizure formation environment and a tendency to design realistic figures inherent in the field area.
