Interpretation is an intellectual and creative activity happens instantaneously between speakers in two different languages based on the acquisition of cognitive content and works on the transfer of this content in various ways to be selected by the interpreter, and must be a transfer of contents completely. And is the translator of activities and important areas of communication between people in many areas, including trade and politics. However, we believe that they suffer neglect evident in Iraq, which could reflect negatively on Iraq's relations with other countries and at all levels. Require interpretation in preparation continues linguistic and cultural knowledge and a very wide. It is very important to note that the interpretation is today one of the vital activities of daily life and international.

We have addressed in our study this most essential factors that lead to the success of the interpretation tasks. It includes our research on six axes: the first is around logistic and technical factors that may affect the work of the interpreter, which may adversely affect the translator's health and then his performance translational, which requires the presence of vital installations and healthy which can interpreter perform his duties properly, so we can say that among the forms that affect the health of the interpreter and then his performance translational are: work to find true health ventilation in the cabin translator, and the importance of lighting and sound system operator. And it should not be long work rounds, and the extra pressure of work due to frequent travel. The second axis is around the mental factors facing the interpreter self-forgetfulness and the speed of a speaker to the trust factor that may lead to loss of information and then incomplete for information delivery and poor listening to cause bad analysis of the text. The third axis is about the importance of advance preparation as an important factor of the success of the interpretation of factors. The fourth axis is about providing the necessary support for an interpreter during his job. And the fifth is about the need to exercise unforeseen translator as a first step to mastering interpretation. And last on the assessment of the work of instant translator.
