This study aims to know the degree of importance and the availability of the enhancing specifications of the educational process, and the way its objectives are achieved. Such a step involves using educational techniques, laying the selection foundations, knowing the methods of their employment and tracking the obstacles that limit this employment in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. To achieve these objectives, the study followed a descriptive approach, and collected the necessary data through an integrated questionnaire prepared for the purpose of describing the phenomenon or topic. The current research aims to measure the job satisfaction of educational counselors in the general directorate of education of the second Rusafa in the ministry of education of Iraq. Moreover, it aims to identify the significant differences in job satisfaction according to the gender (Male-Female), the length of service (less than 15 years more than 15 years), and the relationship between these two variables. Es beschreibt die Schwierigkeiten eines Offiziers, der bestraft wurde. Er verlor seinen Job und auch seine Ehre. Minna ist seine Verlobte, die ihn suchte und auch neben ihm stehen wollte. Trotzdem sie ihm in einem Hotel zufällig begegnete, hatten die beide immer noch Probleme. Am Ende des Dramas könnten sie alle ihrer Probleme lösen und hatten schönes Ende.
