Objective: To assess of Science Teachers' Awareness towards Communicable Diseases Control in Baghdad City

Methodology: A descriptive study was conducted, included (100) primary school, (50) in Al-Rassafa sector, and
(50) in Al-Karkh sector, from March 5th 2012 to March 15th 2013, to assess of science teachers' awareness
towards communicable diseases control. A cluster sample of (100) Science teachers (males and females) were
selected, as one teacher from each school. A questionnaire format was used for data collection. The validity of
questionnaire was estimated through a penal of experts related to the field of study, and its reliability was
estimated through a pilot study conducted in (20) schools (

• Identifying the visual culture skills of students of the College of Education for Pure Sciences / Ibn Al-Haytham.
• Identifying the statistically significant differences in the visual culture skills of students of the College of Education for Pure Sciences / Ibn Al-Haytham according to the gender variable.

And the descriptive approach was used, due to its relevance to the nature of the research objective.

To verify this, the visual culture skills test consisted of (22) items of the multiple choice type, where the (Koder Richardson 20) equation was applied to calculate the stability of the visual culture skills test. For the skill of writing

Nowadays, university education stands in front of both students who feel they are weak and teachers who are addicted to using traditional and dependent teaching. تعد دراسة الفكر السياسي للسيد محمد بحر العلوم، تناولاً لشخصية إسلامية علمية واجتماعية وسياسية معتدلة، ينتمي إلى أسرة علوية حسنية لها من التراث الديني والعلمي والفكري والاجتماعي ما يشهد له التأريخ، فضلاً عن الإسهامات الوطنية والسياسية في تاريخ العراق المعاصر، وبسبب السياسات الخاطئة لتلك الأنظمة الدكتاتورية، وموقف تلك العائلة المناهض لها فقد كانت النتيجة أن قدمت كوكبة من خيرة علمائها وشبابها.

The aim of this study is to uncover the views of female students of Shaqra University towards midterm tests.  A survey of  (42) items distributed in three fields. The study has been applied to a random sample of (421) students from two faculties. The results showed that all three fields have achieved an intermediate level. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in students’ views of midterm tests due to the specialization or academic level variables.
