In minimal medium, Cells were treated with 32 ug/ml of penicillin G, carbencillin, hostacillin, cloxacillin and cephalotin in the presence of specific amino acid supplementations. Genotype the promising field in advance classification by using 18S rRNA and compared to GenBank database using to search the related sequences.
