When the astrology entered the Muslim countries by mixing with other nations and civilizations, people needed to clarify the meanings of the Qur’an and its beauties and its verses and surahs, so Islamic scholars, may God have mercy on them, began to interpret the Holy Qur’an and facilitate its meanings, and that was by transferring hadiths from the Prophet that explain some of the verses, or transferring antiquities from Companions in their interpretation of the Noble Qur’an, or the words of their followers, then the back of the so-called interpretation of opinion, and this has appeared among the good predecessors in the past, so they differed between what is prohibited and agreed.
And the interpretation of opinion is: the interpretation based on the diligence of the companions of the companions and those who came after them from the pious scholars who are astute, and they who took from the breadth of their knowledge of the language and their familiarity with the principles of Sharia and their understanding of the spirit of Islamic call, they took from this as a means of scrutiny and graduation and eliciting detailed opinions and explanations of issues mentioned in the Qur'an by way of reference To it or to its totality, and this has opened the door to thinking and reflection in the verses of God and not confining themselves to its phenomena, and to the views of the predecessors in their interpretation - only - but they have tried to strive and deepen their understanding, and extract the precise meanings that are contained in them so that this ijtihad does not contradict the spirit of the law And its goals.
What is meant by the school of rationality here is that which seeks to reconcile the texts of Sharia with human thought, which is the product of the human mind, so that it does not deviate from the scope that is consistent with the spirit of the law and the phenomena of texts.
The study included 20 birds of Pekin duck (Anas platyrhnchos domesticus) for study the histological of uropygial gland (10 males + 10 females), the weights were between (1411-1582 gm) for males and (1350-1980 gm) female. Routine Histological Techniques was done and stained by Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E), Periodic Acidic Schiff (PAS), Masson's trichrome stains. Histological sections of the uropygial gland of Pekin ducks showed that the gland consist of the capsule, parenchyma, isthmus and uropygial papillae. The bacterial isolates were obtained from Al-Kindi Hospital were diagnosed by the Vitek-2 system and re confirm by 16srRNA gene as S. aurous, the results were shown 20 isolates (66.7%) out of 30 isolates were positive to protease production. All bacterial isolates (100%) were sensitive to Gentamicin and Levofloxacin. but resistant (100%) to aztreonam. The best temperature for enzyme production from bacteria was 37 °C, and the best pH for enzyme production was 7. The purpose of this study was to examine the histological structure of the kidney in snake Eryx gaculus gaculus. In present study, the snakes were collected from the city of Baghdad and transferred to the laboratory where their kidneys were dissected out. The samples were then processed to be prepared for histological examination microscopial observations showed that there is no border between the cortex and medulla regions of kidney. The kidney consists of nephrons which are composed of glomerulus surrounded by Bowman’s capsule; the other segments are proximal tubule, distal tubule and connecting tubule. Ground water hydrochemical study in Yusufiyah depends upon (25) wells where major cations and anions were obtained as well as trace elements. The hydrochemical properties include the study of (pH, EC, TDS, and TH). The groundwater of the study area is odorless and colorless except the wells (13 and 16) with a salty taste due to the elevated (TDS) concentration in it, where the wells depth ranges between 7-20 meters. Depth of water in these wells was about 25-35 meters above sea level. Groundwater generally flows from east to west and from north east to south west.
