Surat Al-Qariah is from the royal fence, which is in the thirtieth part of the Noble Qur’an. The commentators differed on the number of verses, and the reason for its naming. This surah talked about the conditions of people on the Day of Resurrection, and about how people were removed from their graves, all of which I spoke about in the preamble.
The research is divided into six topics: the first topic dealt with strange terms, while the second topic dealt with the most important audio issues mentioned in the surah, namely (slurring, advertising, substitution, and silence). In the third topic, I spoke about morphological issues, and the fourth topic included the most important expressive ills and in the fifth topic, the aspects of expression were discussed. In the sixth topic, I spoke about the general meaning of Surah. This is the most prominent of what was included in the surah.
This research was designed to study effect of performance appraisal dimensions on organizational confidence.
Asset completion questionnaire was used to collect data of this research from a random simple represent forty employees who works in Iraqi Oil ministry. The main result of this research was positive relations and the effect between performance appraisal and organizational confidence. The concentration of dye, dosage of photocatalyst, amount of H2O2, pH of the medium and temperature were examined to find the optimum values of these parameters. It has been found that 28 ppm was the best dye concentration. The ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized at various precursor concentrations i.e. 0.05, 0.1, and 0.5 M by biosynthesis method based on Pometia pinnata Leaf Extracts. Initial nanoparticle concentration influenced the optical bandgap, shape, and structure of nanoparticles. The photodegradation process was carried out under UV illumination. The efficiency of MB degradation was determined by measuring the decrease in MB concentration and by analyzing the optical absorption at 663 nm recorded by UV-Vis spectroscopy.
