For it is known to every researcher in jurisprudence and its origins that the semantics in terms of formulas for assignment are divided into an order and a prohibition, and I have seen it necessary to write a small research on the prohibition, and since this topic is complex, and has a great impact on the difference of scholars, I decided to write on one issue of it And it is the absolute prohibition and its effect on the difference of jurists, and what is meant by the absolute prohibition is the prohibition that is free from clues indicating that the prohibition of the same act or the necessary description or its description adjacent.
The research has been divided into an introduction and a preamble, and three sections. The first section is devoted to the definition of the prohibition, its formulas, its uses and conditions. As for the second topic, I singled it out to explain the position of the fundamentalists on the significance of the absolute prohibition on rulings.

The present study is meant to inquire about the training needs of middle stage leaders in Bisha, (Saudi Arabia) from the perspective of teachers. To achieve this purpose, the researcher has designed a questionnaire containing (31) items, distributed to a sample of (157) teacher (male and female) from the target population.
This research has demonstrated that the level of training needs for middle stage leaders was moderately reported with an arithmetic mean equivalent to (2.42), and a standard deviation of (0.36). This paper investigated the fatigue life behavior of two composite materials subjected to different times of shot peening (2, 4 and 6 min).The first material prepared from unsaturated polyester with E-glass reinforcement by 33% volume fraction. While, the second one was prepared from unsaturated polyester with aluminum powder by2.5% volume fraction. The results obtained in this study indicate that the effect of low doses of CAP on platelets was stimulatory effect in the first few hours from exposure (1day) but the high dose was inhibitory, It was found that after two weeks of exposure that the number of platelets became normal comparable to the control one, and this indicates that plasma effect was removed after this period.
