The Arab literature in Andalusia was distinguished by its special nature, in addition to the distinction of its influencing rhythm in our souls, it represents the natural extension of the Arab-Islamic civilization in Morocco, that civilization that collapsed with insecurity and stability and the exit of Muslim Arabs from those countries and the defeat of Muslims, their civilization has ceased, and only remains of them witnessing For its leaders in a safe and stable life, but literature in Andalusia underwent many experiences that express the lives of Arab Muslims there, especially what distinguished the Andalusian Muslims from their many battles and conquests, but they did not suffer as their support during the fall of Andalusia and the end of Islam in it. Therefore, the image of Andalusia has been distinguished in our minds by virtue of being lost and bleeding wound, and this effect has many reasons that may be internal or external, which contributed to this painful tragedy that extinguished the beacon of Islam from Andalusia after its nearly eight centuries.

The parasite E.histolytica was first isolated from a stool sample, and then cultivated and maintained in vitro using Locke-egg medium (LEM) and Liver infusion agar medium (LIAM) . Then, the effect of some types of erythrocytes (human and sheep), on the growth and activity of the parasite in the two culture media was investigated. The parasite was able to ingest and lysis erythrocytes of human and sheep that were supplemented to the culture media and such manipulation was able to augment the reproduction rate of the cultivated E. histolytica, however, such consequence was media- and concentration-dependent. The pathogenicity of S. saprophyticus was studied in mice. A group of white mice were injected transurethrally using a catheter with S. saprophyticus S67 cell suspension in a concentration reached 109 CFU/ml. concomitantly, the role of its peptidoglycan in the pathogenicity was studied by injecting another group of mice with 0.3 mg/0.2 ml of partially purified S. saprophyticus S67 peptidoglycan extract. After autopsy, kidneys and urinary bladder showed several histopathological changes both in cells and peptidoglycan injected mice, included: hydropic degeneration, glomerulus shrinkage, congestion of renal vessels, infiltration of inflammatory cells, and dekeratinization in urinary bladder.
