Each book has a specific style in which its author walks on it from its beginning to its end, and the Holy Qur’an is a book that compiled many methods that were indicative of its miracle, and that it is one unit even though it has been astrologer for twenty-three years.
There is no doubt that knowledge of the Qur’anic methods is one of the pillars of the approach that deals with any of the Qur’an, and the multiplicity of Qur’anic methods is a fact that has many causes. It has been expressed by the Qur’anic discharge and the conjugation of verses to bring them to different methods, and on multiple forms such as nominal, actual, singular Qur’an, presentation, delay, deletion, mention, abbreviation and redundancy. The Qur'anic comma and all these methods affect the Quranic context, or it represents an exception to the rules of other methods.
The present study included the microscopic and molecular identification of Entamoeba histolytica by using specific primers to detect four virulence factors possessed by Entamoeba histolytica. Virulence factors included Active Cysteine proteinase, Galactose/N-acetyl-D-galactose-lectin, Amoeba pore C and Phospholipase. Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2NPs) were synthesized from Pseudomonas aeruginosa which producing Pyocyanin pigment as a reducing agent to form it. Fifty-Four paddy samples, 45 soil samples, and nine irrigation water samples of some paddy fields at Alfurat Alawsat Area, Iraq were collected to investigate the microbial quality including total count bacteria (TCB), molds and yeast, total coliform (TC), and E. coli bacteria. Paddy samples were processed at the laboratory level to produce rice at 32 and 36 whiteness, and the microbial quality of the produced rice was conducted too. The results showed that all irrigation water samples were overpassed the FDA limit for E. coli. All paddy samples were exceeded the good limit of TCB, but no sample exceeded the acceptable limit. This research aims primarily to highlight personal tax exemptions A comparative study with some Arab and European regulations. And by conducting both theoretical comparative analyses. Most important findings of the study is the need to grant personal and family exemptions that differ according to the civil status of the taxpayer (single or married). In other words, the exemption increases as the number of family members depend on its social sense. Also taking into account some incomes that require a certain effort and looking at the tax rates, it is unreasonable for wages to be subject to the same rates applied to commercial profits.
