The research was also able to answer questions that concern the mind of Koran readers in the field of language and statement. We have endeavored to show a section of the linguistic miracles in this part of the Koran, which are the arts of Quranic expression and the science of meanings such as manifestation or destruction, omission or proof, submission or delay, brief or redundancy, repetition, affirmation or negation. It was also a response to some of the haters and prejudices against Islam and his family who claim that the Koran is not infallible from error and slippage.
Due to the importance of the extraction process in many engineering and medical industries, in addition to great interest in medicinal plants, in this research, microwave-assisted extraction has been applied to extract some active compounds from Rosmarinus officinalis leaves. The optimal extraction conditions were then determined by calculating the ratio and extraction efficiency. The study aimed to evaluating the inhibitory activity of apigenin extracted from Salvia officinalis leaves on the growth of L20B cancer cell in vitro, and through two incubation periods; 48 and 72 hours. Accordingly, eight concentrations (1.56, 3.13, 6.25, 12.5, 25.0, 50.0, 100.0 and 200.0 micromol) of apigenin and similar concentrations of vitamin C and carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) were tested. The apigenin revealed its significant inhibitory potentials against the growth of L20B cell line, especially at the low concentrations (1.56, 3.13 and 6.25 micromol) and at 72 incubation period in comparison with vitamin C and CCl4.
