The study of the concept of the location of control and the level of ambition of important topics and represent a large area in the educational and psychological sciences, which gives importance to this study at the present time, is the complex and difficult conditions experienced by the Kurdish man, all age groups or social segments, and because of the changes It increases the rate of stress and hardship, which in turn raises the rate of psychological and physical disorder to prevent a healthy individual's compatibility, which has a fundamental impact on their personality, leading to a defect in some important organs of the personality.
The research aimed to identify the location of control among students of the University of Sulaymaniyah. And to identify the level of ambition (academic and professional) among students of the University of Sulaymaniyah. And identify the location of control among students of the University of Sulaimaniyah according to the change: sex, grade, specialization, and place of residence. And to identify the level of ambition among the students of the University of Sulaimaniyah according to the change: sex, specialization, stage of the study, and place of residence, and know the relationship between the location of control and the level of ambition among students of the University of Sulaimaniya.
A total of (211) male and female students were selected in a random stratified manner. The sample consisted of (98) students and (113) students, distributed in four faculties: (Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Basic Education, Faculty of Scientific Education, and Faculty of Humanities). The University of Sulaymaniyah in the morning working for the academic year (2015 - 2016). The researcher used the test site control prepared by Nawsky and translated to the Arab environment by (Mohammed Shehata Rabie, 2009), and the test consists of (32) phrases, and this measure had indicators of honesty apparent, and also had a method of retesting the amount of (71 %)Degree . Toxoplasma gondii is a unique intracellular parasite, which infect a large proportion of the world population, but uncommonly causes clinically significant disease. The present study was performed to estimate the prevalence of toxoplasmosis in 400 apparently healthy blood donor males, their ages were between 18 and 57 years using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and to examine the effects of infection on total testosterone, free testosterone and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels in their sera. 74 fanners were randomily selected from the Lc:ital. of 406 fanners using the Modern Irrigation System up to November , 2000 , for the purpose of wide adoptation of such system. Rheumatoid arthritis is an inflammatory chronic disease with an autoimmune pathogenesis. To determine the role of Helicobacter pylori as a trigger agent, twenty five patients with rheumatoid arthritis of ages (15-47) years have been investigated and compared with twenty healthy individuals. All the studied groups were carried out to measure the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) IgM, anti-CCP antibody IgG and IgA by ELISA test and by measured anti-IgG antibody level of H. pylori by using ELISA and IFAT techniques. The present study showed significant differences (P< 0.05) of anti-H. Pylori in sera of RA patients than control group, this lead to suggest that H. pylori had a role in pathogenesis of RA.
