This research deals with the most important grammatical views of the science of the media of the Arab and Andalusian grammar is: Abu Ali al-Shloubini, who filled his name the pages of important grammatical books such as: (singer Al-Labib) Ibn Ibn Hisham, and the book (like and analogues), and (Hama Alhwama) for Suyuti, and other books The task, I have divided my research into the topics: I talked in the first section on his life and his biography and his works, and the second topic: it included his independent opinions and the third section contained the most prominent views selected The fourth and final topic, was his responses to grammarians, and concluded my research with the most prominent findings Research to them, which was the most important: that the Shalobin standing knowledge It was clear from his serious participation in many grammatical issues.
This research was designed to study effect of performance appraisal dimensions on organizational confidence.
Asset completion questionnaire was used to collect data of this research from a random simple represent forty employees who works in Iraqi Oil ministry. The main result of this research was positive relations and the effect between performance appraisal and organizational confidence. Several schottky diodes were fabricated from polyaniline/ Carbon nanotube (single and multiwalled) composites. These composites were synthesized with different concentration and two carbon nanotubes types, Single and Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNT & MWCNT). Aluminum and silver paste were chosen as schottky and ohmic contact respectively. physical and electrical were used to studied these composite by using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and electrical measurements. The Root Mean Square RMS surface roughness of the composite samples was found to be around 4nm. The aim of this research is to develop mechanical properties of a new aluminium-lithium-copper alloy. This alloy prepared under control atmosphere by casting in a permanent metal mould. The microstructure was examined and mechanical properties were tested before and after heat treatment to study the influence of heat treatment on its mechanical properties including; modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, impact, and fatigue. The results showed that the modulus of elasticity of the prepared alloy is higher than standard alloy about 2%.
