This research deals with the most important grammatical views of the science of the media of the Arab and Andalusian grammar is: Abu Ali al-Shloubini, who filled his name the pages of important grammatical books such as: (singer Al-Labib) Ibn Ibn Hisham, and the book (like and analogues), and (Hama Alhwama) for Suyuti, and other books The task, I have divided my research into the topics: I talked in the first section on his life and his biography and his works, and the second topic: it included his independent opinions and the third section contained the most prominent views selected The fourth and final topic, was his responses to grammarians, and concluded my research with the most prominent findings Research to them, which was the most important: that the Shalobin standing knowledge It was clear from his serious participation in many grammatical issues.
This study aimed to reveal the degree possession of secondary teachers for effective teaching skills from the perspective of the teachers themselves in the Mafraq governorate .To achieve the objective of the study(45) teachers were chosen randomly, also a questionnaire composed of 17 was prepared spread over three skill areas (planning, implementation, evaluation).

The effect of fiber volume fraction of the carbon fiber on the thermal conductivity of the polymer composite material was studied. Different percentages of carbon fibers were used (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%). Specimens were made in two groups for unsaturated polyester as a matrix and carbon fibers, first group has parallel arrangement of fibers and the second group has perpendicular arrangement of fibers on the thermal flow, Lee's disk method was used for testing the specimens. The effect of solution heat treatment on the mechanical properties of Aluminum-Copper alloy. (2024-T3) by the rolling process is investigated. The solution heat treatment was implemented by heating the sheets to 480 C° and quenching them by water; then forming by rolling for many passes. And then natural aging is done for one month. Mechanical properties (tensile strength and hardness) are evaluated and the results are compared with the metal without treatment during the rolling process. ANSYS analysis is used to show the stresses distribution in the sheet during the rolling process.
