Holly Quran and prophetic sunna is the two main sources for this religion and the formers derived the rules from them directly . the jurisprudent was a scientist in commentary of holly Quran , narrators of prophetic Tradition, jurisprudence and linguistics in the same time. The sciences of commentary , jurisprudence , Tradition and linguistics were integral system without any distinguishing until these sciences started to distinguish in their limits and ranges.

This paper aims to explain the effect of workplace respect on employee performance at Abu Ghraib Dairy Factory (AGDF). For achieving the research aim, the analytical and descriptive approach was chosen using a questionnaire tool for collecting data.  It covers 22 items; ten of them for the workplace respect variable and twelve items for the employee performance variable. The research population involved human resources who work at AGDF in Baghdad within two administrative levels (top and middle). We conducted a purposive stratified sample approach. The study aims at elicitation the morals strategies from sunnah depending on the analytic-qualitative method. It revealed a comprehensive integrated system of creative strategies to improve morals. It was categorized into three areas: cognitive strategies, affective strategies, and some strategies based on self-initiative and practice. The researcher recommended that teachers and educators should employ these effective strategies in the process of moral guidance for the Muslim generation.
