The research aims at achieving a set of objectives, which is to study a vital variable in the organizations which is the talent management and its impact on encouraging and empowering employees to take part in making appropriate decisions with their heads in the Iraqi Cement State Company. The issue of peace, renunciation of violence, and acceptance of the other is one of the vital issues that rose to the top of the list of priorities at the end of the last century and the beginning of the new millennium of the conscience of the Iraqi people by spreading the culture of peace. In this context, we seek during this research to identify the concept of the culture of peace and its impact on sustainable development, and to draw a set of results and suggestions to consolidate this culture in our Iraqi society as an obligation of sustainable development.

The aim of this study was to measure the effectiveness of a proposed program to develop the creative abilities of the students of Tabuk University and its impact on the creative output of the NEOM project. The sample of the study consisted of (50) university students divided into two groups: an experimental group of 25 students who receive the proposed training program, and control group of (25) students.

The current study examined the impact of using PowerPoint presentation on EFL student’s attendance, achievement and engagement.
