The forensic evidence important for the sources of legislation after the book of God Almighty and the Sunnah of the purified, including what is agreed upon in the protest, which is the book and the Sunnah and consensus, and what is different in the protest, such as measurement and approval and say companions and interests sent, and that the approval of the evidence that did not agree Accordingly, the terms of the fundamentalists differed and their definition differed with the similarity between each other, and the approval in some schools is an argument is not considered as the Shaafa'is, so it may correspond to measurement with them, but the approval at the tap and those who agree is a hidden measurement is likely to clear measurement,I have defined the approbation and the statement of the argument and evidence based on it, and also showed the types of approbation and its relationship to measurement, has more Imam Abu Hanifa - may God have mercy on him - than the approval in many issues of jurisprudence and followed in his students in their classifications, including Imam Muhammad bin Hassan al-Shaibani-God's mercy - In his simplified book, or what is known as the original, I studied some of the issues contained in his book, which meet the conditions of approval of different sections, and I studied a fundamentalist study compared to the rest of the doctrines, so I transferred the matter from the book of the simplified to Imam Muhammad ibn al-Hassan and then convey the sayings of other doctrines In this matter if Moi Jurisprudence or otherwise, and then I mention the summary of the matter, and I hope that I have succeeded in this work every work is wrong and right

Utilization of multitemporal satellite imagery and forest canopy density (FCD) model for analyzing changes in forest density in Mosul province, Iraq
...Show More Authors

Forest cover in Mosul Province experienced significant changes following the 2014 occupation. These changes can be effectively analyzed using multitemporal remote sensing imagery. This study aims to evaluate the ability of multi-temporal Landsat 8 images and the Forest Canopy Density (FCD) model to detect changes in forest canopy density in a protected forest in Mosul Governorate during the period from 2014 to 2025. The remote sensing data used in this research are Landsat 8 images captured on March 21, 2014, and April 4, 2025. The method employed is FCD modeling, which produces pixel-level canopy density estimates. The results of the FCD model are then used to analyze changes in canopy density following the occupation. The findings of this

Micro-shear bond strength of a novel resin-modified glass ionomer luting cement (eRMGIC) functionalized with organophosphorus monomer to different dental substrates
...Show More Authors

Objectives: This study aims to assess and compare the micro-shear bond strength (μSBS) of a novel resin-modified glass-ionomer luting cement functionalized with a methacrylate co-monomer containing a phosphoric acid group, 30 wt% 2-(methacryloxy) ethyl phosphate (2-MEP), with different substrates (dentin, enamel, zirconia, and base metal alloy). This assessment is conducted in comparison with conventional resin-modified glass ionomer cement and self-adhesive resin cement. Materials and methods: In this in vitro study, ninety-six specimens were prepared and categorized into four groups: enamel (A), dentin (B), zirconia (C), and base metal alloys (D). Enamel (E) and dentin (D) specimens were obtained from 30 human maxillary first premolars e

Comparative Studies on Thermal Performance of Conic Cut Twist Tape Inserts with SiO2and TiO2Nanofluids
...Show More Authors

This paper presents a comparison study on thermal performance conic cut twist tape inserts in laminar flow of nanofluids through a constant heat fluxed tube. Three tape configurations, namely, quadrant cut twisted tape (QCT), parabolic half cut twisted tape (PCT), and triangular cut twisted (VCT) of twist ratioy= 2.93 and cut depthde= 0.5 cm were used with 1% and 2% volume concentration of SiO2/water and TiO

Evaluation of Hepatocyte Growth Factor in Iraqi Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia: Its Correlation with Clinical Parameters and Response to Induction Therapy
...Show More Authors

BACKGROUND: Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a proangiogenic factor that exerts different effects over stem cell survival growth, apoptosis, and adhesion. Its impact on leukemogenesis has been established by many studies. AIM: This study aimed to determine the effect of plasma HGF activity on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients at presentation and after remission. PATIENTS AND METHODS: This was a cross-sectional prospective study of 30 newly-diagnosed, adult, and AML patients. All patients received the 7+3 treatment protocol. Patients’ clinical data were taken at presentation, and patients were followed up for 6 months to evaluate the clinical status. Plasma HGF levels were estimated by ELISA based methods in the pa

Enamel defect of primary and permanent teeth in relation to nutrients daily intake among Down's syndrome children in comparison to normal children
...Show More Authors

Background: Any child with Down's syndrome does not develop in the same manner as normal child. Therefore, the child should not be viewed as being like everyone else. Developmental enamel defects in primary teeth have been found at least twice as frequently in disabled children as in control children. Down's syndrome consumed protein more than the recommended daily allowance compared to other disabled groups. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate developmental defects of enamel and their relations to nutrient intake among Down's syndrome children in comparison to normal children. Materials and Methods: A sample consisted of fifty institutionalized Down's syndrome children (study group) and 50 normal children (control group)
