Abstract

              The research’s goal lies in demonstrating the impact of the Federal Financial Supervision Endowment through the process of auditing the performance of the entities subject to its audit as to improve the performance of these entities, especially if the performance audit method is one of the newly applied methods that are compatible with the standards issued by the International Organization of Financial Supervision and Accounting Institutions which is the method of auditing performance according to the performance evaluation guide for programs and policies issued by the Federal Office of Financial Supervision.

لاحظ صناع القرار السياسي عدم مشاركتهم لمجموعة من الطوائف الاجتماعية في صنع القرار السياسي للدولة، مما دفعهم لتقوية هذه الطوائف، وتمت التدقيق في الجانب النسوي وعدم مشاركتهم في اتخاذ القرارات رغم الفئة الكبير منهم في المجتمع، مما أدى لاتخاذ أنظمة تساعد على تمثيل هذه الفئة في الحكم النيابي من خلال نظام الكوتا.

To approach the problem of individual oppression with an international perspective drawing on Foucauldian concepts, this paper compares George Orwell’s 1984 (1949) and the Iraqi Sinan Antoon’s I’jaam (2004), which was translated into English in 2007. The optimum cultural conditions for garamicidin production by local isolate B.brevis were studied.Best result was obtained when the isolate B.brevis was grown on media composed of 1%glucose as carbon source,1% ammonium chloride as a nitrogen source ,0.5% Dipotassium hydrogen orthophosphate as a phosphate source and after 48 hours of incubation at 30C .Garamicidin has been extracted and purified through acid precipition and then extracted by organic solvent (ether& acetone ).Using HPLC the garamicidin antibiotic showed three types A,B and C garamicidin .
